Why do I get an Invalid Access Code error when I enter my Access Code?

Your access code that you received in your invite email is accurate and it will work. The 2 things that give the invalid code error every time are:

1) The code is case sensitive. It will not work unless it is entered exactly as you see it.

2) When copying and pasting the code, sometimes you pick up an extra space before or after the code. Or both. Try clearing the box completely using backspace and then typing the code in manually.
